Our Cancellation, Refund Policy
In the event your order needs to be cancelled, it must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order.
Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and subject to a 20% charge.
Refund Policy (100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee)
In the event of dissatisfaction with the item delivered, simply contact us at 25224022 or email@example.com. We will replace the original arrangement with one of equal or greater value, at no additional charge to you or refund your purchase. If you choose a replacement we will redeliver the new arrangement, on the day that you select, again at no additional charge to you.
Kew Garden Flowers reserves the right to expect a photograph of the product delivered in order to discuss with yourself further. Without a photo to support a complaint we may not be able to process a refund or re-delivery.
